Overseas Market Manager – Kazakhstan

About the role

We are seeking an Overseas Market Manager to drive business growth in the CIS region from Kazakhstan. The role focuses on market analysis, product promotion, and building strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to develop promotion strategies and increase market share.
• Maintain and expand relationships with overseas manufacturers, distributors, and key customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage export orders, conduct competitor analysis, and support product development for overseas markets.
• Provide timely product flow information and coordinate service support for key partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Internal Combustion Engines, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Professional experience in R&D, sales, or manufacturing related to internal combustion engines or mechanical engineering.
• Fluent Russian and conversational Chinese for business communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic internet applications.
• Understanding of technical principles of internal combustion engines, new‑energy technologies, and product specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills; management experience not required.

What we offer
