Oil & Gas Sales Specialist – Kazakhstan

About the role

Join Aggreko as an Oil & Gas Sales Specialist based in Kazakhstan. You will manage an existing portfolio of customers, win back lapsed accounts and prospect new clients, balancing new‑business prospecting with growth of current accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Target, develop and acquire customers within an assigned sales plan.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.
• Price third‑party costs (fuel, freight, re‑hire) appropriately.
• Follow Aggreko’s sales, CRM (Salesforce) and CPQ processes.
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to grow key accounts.
• Conduct weekly face‑to‑face and telephone sales calls.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with Aggreko terms.
• Maintain product and depot knowledge, including hire procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of high‑level sales experience in industrial services or temporary power/HVAC.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling capital equipment or technical/engineering solutions.
• Degree in sales or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong commitment to objectives and a professional, tenacious attitude.
