Sales Operations & Business Support Internship

About the role

Join Medtronic’s Neurosurgery sales team as a Sales Operations & Business Support intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in medical device sales, market analysis, tender processes, and the day‑to‑day commercial activities that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Neurosurgery sales team with daily commercial tasks, customer follow‑up, meeting preparation and sales material creation.
• Prepare and process documentation for marketing events, conferences, workshops and customer training in line with company policies.
• Conduct basic market research, collect data on trends, competitors and customer needs, and maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
• Assist with logistics and organization of customer meetings, trainings, product demonstrations and other project activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Fluent in Russian, Kazakh and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn in a professional environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Basic analytical, research and document‑management abilities.
