About the role

The position is a field‑based Sales Manager responsible for promoting and selling Hilti’s construction electrical equipment across an assigned territory. The role involves direct, active selling, client consulting, and technical demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales plan for construction electrical equipment through direct active sales in the assigned region.
• Consult customers on technical and commercial aspects of the equipment.
• Demonstrate products and train customers on proper usage.
• Monitor payment, delivery, and after‑sales service.
• Negotiate with clients at various management and production levels.
• Identify and attract new customers.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• At least 2 years of successful direct sales experience with equipment; experience in the construction segment is preferred.
• Experience working with construction or industrial sites is an advantage.
• Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, planning and reporting.
• Proficient computer user (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid category B driving licence and driving experience.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.
