Manager Market Research

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead primary market research projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across Kazakhstan and the CIS. The role involves owning projects from client request through to final report, managing vendors, and translating research findings into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and vendors to review requirements, develop proposals, and communicate insights.
• Review research designs, questionnaires, and discussion guides to ensure they address client questions.
• Prepare client proposals based on requirements and manage vendors through fieldwork, quality control, and delivery.
• Analyze data tables and transcripts, write client reports with clear storylines and conclusions.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, flag risks early and resolve issues to keep timelines on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, or related fields with project management responsibilities.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries is a strong asset.
• Fluency in English and Russian; Kazakh proficiency desired.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills.
