Launch Manager – Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

We are seeking a Launch Manager to lead the introduction of new pharmaceutical products and manage the portfolio across Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure timely market entry and keep regional stakeholders informed of any schedule changes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate drug launches for upcoming calendar periods, including business case approval and transfer pricing.
• Monitor launch readiness, track deviations from planned dates, and communicate updates to the regional team.
• Identify new launch opportunities based on market analysis and patent status.
• Collaborate with finance, registration, and supply forecasting functions; conduct portfolio workshops.
• Develop business cases and full analyses for potential therapeutic launches.
• Manage registration processes and recommend product withdrawals from the portfolio.
• Drive regular launch progress reviews, track projects, and flag potential delays to management.
• Establish performance monitoring to ensure launch targets are met.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or international companies, focusing on launch, portfolio, registration, marketing, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of Central Asian market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in a matrixed environment and influence without authority.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Kazakh is an advantage.
