HR Services Specialist

About the role

The HR Services Specialist will deliver end‑to‑end HR operations for adidas in Kazakhstan. You will coordinate HR service delivery, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local labour legislation while supporting the Global Business Services (GBS) model.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hire‑to‑retire processes within defined service level agreements.
• Maintain HR records and personnel documentation using SAP HR, 1C, SuccessFactors, Enbek and Navision.
• Administer employee lifecycle events – hiring, transfers, terminations, leave and sick leave – in line with Kazakh labour laws.
• Prepare, review and archive contracts, orders, personnel files and employment records.
• Register employment contracts in government systems and meet statutory deadlines.
• Handle employee requests for certificates and document copies, and respond to internal HR inquiries.
• Support disciplinary actions, including documentation of complex termination cases.
• Input and verify payroll data, conduct month‑end checks, identify discrepancies and report issues.
• Produce regular HR reports and ensure statutory compliance.
• Monitor HR processes, conduct audits and drive efficiency improvements.
• Assist with employee retention initiatives, workforce planning and scheduling optimisation.

Required profile
