HR Generalist – Full Cycle HR & Migration Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full cycle of HR administration and support processes across the organization, from hiring to migration support for foreign employees. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR‑related matters, ensuring compliance with Kazakhstani legislation and a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete HR document flow, including hiring, transfers, terminations, contracts, and orders.
• Maintain employee personal files, work record books, timesheets, and ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment: post vacancies, source, screen, interview candidates, and prepare job offers.
• Support migration processes for foreign staff, including temporary residence permits (RVP) and liaison with migration authorities.
• Administer voluntary health insurance (VHI) enrollment and coordinate with the insurance provider.
• Provide general HR support: onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, headcount reporting, and policy guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR administration specialist.
• Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and HR administration standards.
• Hands‑on experience with migration document processing for foreign employees (RVP, etc.).
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluent Russian, required Kazakh for documentation, and intermediate English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 1C: HR or similar HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office and Google Workspace.
