Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

The client, an international pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to oversee reporting for the CIS and Caucasus region. The role involves ensuring compliance with IFRS, managing local accounting standards, and coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management and financial reports in accordance with IFRS, ensuring accurate period closing and transaction validation.
• Oversee local accounting, provide methodological guidance, and supervise inventory and document flow processes.
• Coordinate external audits, maintain internal control systems, and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage liquidity, payment planning, and banking operations while supporting ERP/CRM system enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Economics.
• 5+ years of relevant experience at a Big 4 firm (Manager level) or in FMCG/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience working with auditors.
• Upper‑Intermediate English or higher.

Required skills

• IFRS reporting expertise.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, 1C).
