Export East Planner – Supply & Demand Planning

About the role

Haleon is seeking an Export East Planner to own the in‑market supply and demand planning process for designated markets and product categories. You will be responsible for inventory performance, forecast accuracy and acting as the primary supply‑chain liaison for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability and minimise service disruptions.
• Communicate supply risks and priorities to Commercial, Customer Service and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Optimise inventory, review safety stock and prevent write‑offs.
• Oversee product lifecycle events such as new product introductions, pack changes and SKU phase‑ins/outs.
• Own the 36‑month volume forecast and produce monthly unconstrained and consensus forecasts.
• Lead forecast review and enrichment meetings, integrating market insights, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Demand Forecasting, Supply Hub, Sales, Finance and Operations to align plans and hit business targets.
• Support allocation management and ensure alignment between supply constraints and commercial priorities.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, change controls and master‑data processes.

Required profile

• Experience in supply planning and/or demand planning.
• Good understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional environments.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
