Business Development Manager – Logistics Solutions

About the role

Hellmann is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and grow key accounts in Almaty. You will build long‑term relationships with existing customers and acquire new strategic clients across our logistics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
• Develop tailored, complex logistics solutions based on customers’ business needs.
• Acquire new key customers in line with Hellmann’s strategy and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct sales planning, monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual reviews.
• Record sales data and keep the customer database up‑to‑date in the HISA CRM system.
• Collaborate with product teams on solution design, pricing, tenders and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a sales executive or representative, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and serve sophisticated customer needs.
• Strong business acumen with a hunting and farming mentality.
• Fluent in the national language and advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (HISA).
• Office administration knowledge.
