Event & Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Event & Internal Communications Specialist to support inVision, our internal non‑profit initiative. You will drive employee engagement, manage internal communications and organise a variety of events for a globally distributed team of about 150 members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute internal team‑building activities, strategic summits, online gatherings and public external events from concept through delivery.
• Own the full event lifecycle, including budgeting, venue sourcing, contractor management and post‑event feedback collection.
• Manage logistical, technical and hospitality aspects for both internal participants and external guests.
• Maintain the department’s information space across Slack, newsletters and internal portals, translating organisational updates into clear, engaging content.
• Coordinate internal messaging for onboarding, off‑boarding and employee updates, and prepare speaking points, slide decks and presentations for All‑Hands and public events.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with external suppliers, creative agencies and catering partners.

Required profile

• 2–3 + years of experience in event management, internal communications or HR‑brand roles.
• Proven ability to vet, negotiate and manage external contractors and agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper‑Intermediate B2 or higher).
• Empathetic, energetic and proactive personality that thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environments.
