Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. You will own the end‑to‑end creation, testing, and deployment of email campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage, collaborating closely with design, content, and campaign teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, format, and modify responsive email templates and landing pages using Marketo’s modular editor.
• Use basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot layout issues and ensure cross‑client rendering.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel‑accurate, responsive emails.
• Create and maintain Marketo landing pages, forms, and reusable design‑system components.
• Configure Smart Campaigns, Smart Lists, and diverse campaign types (single‑cast, nurture/drip, event promotions).
• Manage assets, tokens, dynamic content, and program structures following Marketo best practices.
• Support database hygiene, list management, lead scoring, and routing logic.
• Monitor deliverability, rendering, and tracking; perform QA on all emails.
• Set up and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, sender names, layouts, and send times.
• Define target audiences with compliant Smart Lists and embed correct UTM parameters.
• Track campaign performance metrics and flag delivery issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage revisions, and maintain the production calendar.
• Document coding standards, template libraries, and recommend Marketo best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience building and executing campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Marketo Certified Professional or Associate is a strong plus.
• Strong eye for visual layout and HTML email rendering.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional access to offices in Kazakhstan.
