D&IT Business Solution Manager

About the role

The Business Solution Manager will support and enhance a portfolio of business applications for JTI, working within a geographically distributed team. The role partners with business stakeholders and D&IT teams to deliver technology solutions that improve performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of business applications, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business functions to identify process‑improvement and technology‑enhancement opportunities.
• Lead or support projects for implementation, localization, and rollout of centralized systems and digital solutions.
• Drive demand‑management processes and align solutions with business and technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate external vendors to ensure quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with D&IT governance, security policies, and standards.
• Support incident, problem, change, and service‑management activities across the application portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Experience in business analysis, project management, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed, multicultural environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
