Consumer Research Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Research Specialist to help shape marketing and product decisions across 47 countries through customer research and data‑driven insights. You will partner with teams across the business to explore customer needs and business questions, independently manage research projects from defining the approach to presenting findings, and combine quantitative and qualitative data to uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide informational and research support for marketing and product initiatives, helping solve business tasks related to understanding clients.
• Support current tracking studies (BHT, CHURN) for several verticals such as delivery and finance.
• Conduct ad‑hoc full‑cycle research projects, from task definition with internal clients to methodology selection, results presentation and feedback implementation.
• Manage research with both DIY tools and agencies, including brief updates, methodology design, agency briefing, quality control, project flow and reporting.
• Deliver analytical, data‑based insights and recommendations, presenting results to teams or organizing presentations.
• Create DIY tools, analytics and reporting documents (analytical notes or full reports).
• Maintain an up‑to‑date research repository with the latest projects.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify connections, spot trends and answer business questions using existing and external data sources.

Required profile

• Higher education in Sociology, Statistics, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a research agency and/or on the client side.
• Hands‑on experience in quantitative research projects with a solid understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, capable of turning findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced English (C1) – written and spoken.
