Marketing Coordinator (Professional Kazakh and Russian Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in Kazakh and Russian to support our brand presence in Astana. The role will involve promoting Marriott and The Ritz‑Carlton brand internally and externally, driving revenue through sales techniques, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Identify up‑sell opportunities and sell enhancements for a better Marriott experience.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Verify eligibility and schedule tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
• Record and relay messages accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain uniform and professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and safety requirements.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
