Clinical Site Coordinator

About the role

Milestone One is seeking a Clinical Site Coordinator to support a clinical study site in delivering trial activities in line with ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements. You will act as the primary liaison between the sponsor/CRO and the site, ensuring timelines, enrollment goals, and regulatory compliance are met.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication channel between sponsor/CRO and the site.
• Respond to feasibility queries and assist in scheduling monitoring visits.
• Be present during monitoring visits and address monitor inquiries.
• Track patient enrollment and support the site in meeting enrollment targets.
• Maintain and track study documents at the site level.
• Enter data accurately into study‑specific EDC systems and resolve data queries.
• Report and follow up on reportable adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Handle, reconcile, and account for investigational products and clinical supplies.
• Collect, manage, and maintain site regulatory documents.
• Facilitate contract and budget negotiations and support investigator payments.
• Schedule and perform study procedures as delegated.
• Prepare for and participate in on‑site audits or regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences (pharmacy, nursing, or lab analytics preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a site coordinator in clinical research.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Strong communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as study schedules demand.
• Fluent in English and Kazakh.
