Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment will lead all recruitment, business development, account management and marketing activities for B2B channels across the assigned region. Working closely with Company Directors, you will shape and execute strategies that attract international students to GUS universities and colleges located in Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee student recruitment operations and B2B partnership development.
• Design and implement marketing and sales plans to promote international enrolments.
• Manage relationships with education agents and institutional partners.
• Identify new regional opportunities and expand existing markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment targets with academic offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in student recruitment for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the education sector, particularly colleges and universities.
• Track record of developing B2B strategies in new and existing regions.
• Experience working with education‑agent partnerships.
