About the role

The company seeks a senior Business Partner for Digital Technologies to shape and execute its digital strategy within the oil & gas sector. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data analytics to influence key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with business and DIT stakeholders up to director level, providing data‑driven advice.
• Co‑develop and continuously update a 5‑year DIT strategic plan aligned with business priorities and KPIs.
• Lead an annual investment portfolio of USD 3–5 million, building business cases and managing the value pipeline.
• Balance new value creation, cost optimisation and risk management across the DIT portfolio.
• Coordinate cross‑functional DIT teams to ensure safe, reliable, secure and cost‑effective operations in line with SLAs.
• Drive technology adoption and maximise ROI from existing systems, data and past investments.
• Promote innovation through agile methods, prototyping, design thinking and a fail‑fast culture.
• Utilise business analytics, market insights and performance metrics to refine strategy and enhance competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of senior‑level experience in the oil & gas industry.
• At least 4 years of experience delivering digital projects or related analytical work (preferred).
• Additional business education is a plus.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1‑B2) or higher.
