Assortment Manager – Kits (Category Management)

About the role

As an Assortment Manager for Kits, you will own the development and management of a large automotive kits portfolio, driving revenue and profitability. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Category Management, Vendor Management, Supply Planning, Private Brands and Pricing to ensure seamless assortment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of the Kits assortment development, covering over 100,000 SKUs.
• Design, implement and continuously improve regular kits‑assortment management processes.
• Align cross‑functional activities with Category Management, Vendor Management, Supply Planning, Private Brands, Pricing and other stakeholders.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and contribute to achieving financial targets (revenue and profitability).
• Coordinate kits‑related projects and strategic initiatives across the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in assortment management.
• Relevant experience in the automotive sector.
• Good technical understanding of vehicle functions.
• Proactive, autonomous self‑starter able to work independently.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2+) proficiency.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
