About the role

We are looking for a creative SMM specialist and content manager to support a psychologist‑educator’s online presence on Instagram, Telegram and emerging platforms. The role combines strategic planning, content production, and performance monitoring to boost organic reach and drive service sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a monthly content calendar for posts, reels and stories.
• Generate fresh ideas for reels and posts aimed at selling services and building follower trust.
• Create storytelling concepts for Instagram Stories and Telegram channels.
• Produce and edit visual and video content ready for publication.
• Prepare and schedule posts for Telegram and Treads.
• Monitor analytics and adjust tactics to improve engagement.
• Assist the marketer with advertising campaigns, collaborations, creative assets and video production.
• Work jointly with the marketer on selling information products through the blog.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in social media marketing and sales.
• Strong understanding of social‑media algorithms and current trends.
• Proficiency with AI‑based tools for content creation.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing skills.
• Good visual sense for video content.
• Willingness to shoot on‑site when required.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a portfolio of successful cases.
