Senior Growth Manager - CIS

About the role

The Senior Growth Manager will lead the market marketing strategy for the CIS region, shaping the go‑to‑market plan and driving key business metrics such as registrations, first‑time‑traders, monthly active users, trading activity and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the market marketing strategy and annual planning, setting priorities and GTM direction.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources and prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact.
• Identify and pursue high‑impact growth opportunities across the funnel.
• Lead cross‑functional planning with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid Media and regional teams.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
• Represent the CIS market in regional business discussions and planning sessions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a track record of owning business KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive results.
• Leadership potential to evolve into a Market Lead role.
• Experience in crypto, fintech or technology sectors is a strong advantage.
• Native Russian speaker with excellent English communication skills.
