Head of SEO

About the role

Higgsfield AI is scaling rapidly as a leader in generative AI video, image, and interactive content creation. As Head of SEO you will own the full SEO strategy, driving non‑branded organic traffic, revenue, and subscriptions across multiple markets and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategy, prioritizing markets and languages by revenue potential.
• Expand the topical map from hundreds to thousands of keyword‑targeted pages covering tools, models, formats, and use cases.
• Manage all SEO surfaces – landing pages, programmatic pages, blog – including briefs, IA, internal linking, and on‑page conversion.
• Build and run a backlink engine through digital PR, linkable assets, partnerships, and product‑led link loops.
• Oversee technical SEO at scale: crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and hreflang architecture for thousands of pages.
• Run SEO as a growth function with dashboards, weekly ship cadence, and transparent reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 2 years leading the function at a high‑growth consumer company.
• Proven track record scaling non‑branded organic traffic and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
• Experience building or rebuilding large topical maps and executing successful link‑building programs.
• Comfortable managing hybrid teams of in‑house specialists, agencies, and freelancers.
• Independent, data‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
