Nomad Venture Studio, an EdTech company building AI‑driven career and freelancing products, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead performance‑marketing initiatives across international markets. You will work from our Astana office, shaping advertising strategies that drive growth for our flagship platform, Jobescape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advertising creatives that convert, including scripts, testing frameworks, and hypothesis generation.
• Make data‑driven decisions based on performance metrics and campaign analytics.
• Scale campaigns and strategies that demonstrate measurable results.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Identify new audience segments and growth hypotheses.
