Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead large‑scale projects for Fortune Global 500 clients in E‑Commerce, Healthcare and Life Sciences. You will drive delivery excellence across data, cloud and generative AI initiatives while managing remote and on‑site teams across Kazakhstan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through go‑live and post‑production, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear success criteria.
• Manage delivery processes, including requirements, risk, budget and resource planning.
• Oversee product quality, set benchmarks and guide teams to meet them.
• Facilitate UAT, production deployments and release management.
• Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS) and resource plans.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, communicating status, risks and progress.
• Conduct daily client interactions, demos, engineer training and expectation management.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people‑management issues.
• Implement organizational best practices and Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in team or project leadership.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise solutions with at least five successful commercial projects.
• Deep knowledge of the full product development cycle from pre‑sales to post‑production support.
• Confidence to lead teams of 50+ members, including people‑management responsibilities.
• Experience setting up Development, QA and Business Analysis processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe and Kanban methodologies.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
