Director, Supply Chain - Caucasus and Central Asia Region

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Supply Chain for the Caucasus and Central Asia Region (CCAR) to drive system performance across the Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit. The role works closely with independent bottlers, franchise technical leaders, commercial, finance and regional leadership to provide end‑to‑end governance, transparency and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional end‑to‑end supply chain performance outcomes, including availability, cost, inventory, productivity and resilience.
• Establish a clear “best‑looks‑like” operating model across bottlers and drive fact‑based discussions on service, cost, inventory and risk trade‑offs.
• Govern the effectiveness and maturity of S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes across bottlers.
• Lead system‑level discussions on network design, cross‑border flows, capacity allocation and sourcing footprint.
• Build and govern a regional supply chain value pipeline (COGS, logistics, working capital, complexity) and ensure benefits are quantified and tracked.
• Enforce standard KPI definitions, replace narrative reporting with data‑driven scorecards and enable performance benchmarking.
• Ensure robust business continuity and risk mitigation frameworks across bottlers and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
