Demand Planning Product Owner

About the role

The Demand Planning Product Owner will own and continuously improve the internal tools, processes, and standards that support Demand Planning across the organization. Acting as a bridge between business needs and practical solutions, you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive adoption of new products and ensure the planning process stays efficient and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update existing internal tools, ensuring reliability, availability and usability for Demand Planning teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, identify opportunities, prioritize development and keep the Demand Planning Playbook up to date.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions, define requirements and work with stakeholders to develop new tools and features.
• Promote adoption of new tools and ways of working, providing implementation support and training.
• Act as a Demand Planning ambassador, delivering expert support and training to strengthen capabilities across the organization.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably Demand or Supply Planning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Project Management or Digital Technology experience is a strong advantage.
• Upper‑Intermediate English with strong business communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities to turn business needs into actionable insights.
