Assistant Vice President .NET Full Stack Developer

About the role

Citi is looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join its Markets Operations team in Kazakhstan. The role combines development of web and Windows applications with backend services, supporting critical market data flows and regulatory reporting. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using C#.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript and CSS.
• Build and support classical Windows applications with Delphi RAD Studio.
• Develop backend micro‑services in Java (Spring Boot) and .NET Core, integrating with multiple APIs and databases.
• Create and optimise database schemas, stored procedures and functions in PL/SQL, T‑SQL, MSSQL and Oracle.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (Tekton, TeamCity, GitHub, uDeploy, SonarQube) and ensure SDLC compliance.

Required profile

• Several years of full‑stack development experience, preferably at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan’s securities market regulations and the role of the National Bank, Stock Exchange and Central Depository.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories and deliver high‑quality code.
