Receptionist – Front Office

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, service‑oriented Receptionist to join the Front Office team at Rixos Turkistan. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create memorable first impressions and ensure a smooth stay by delivering the high standards of Rixos Hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly assist guests throughout their stay.
• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures in line with hotel standards.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest accounts.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the Opera PMS system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote hotel services and upselling opportunities when appropriate.
• Uphold a high standard of personal appearance, communication, and professional conduct.
