About the role

The Public Relations Department Manager will temporarily replace an absent employee and lead the creation and distribution of communication materials for media and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases and other informational content for journalists and media outlets.
• Prepare advertising and informational materials, corporate publications, and website texts.
• Respond to media inquiries with accurate and timely information.

Required profile

• Higher or postgraduate education in humanities (philology) or social sciences (journalism, public relations, political science, sociology).
• Minimum three years of professional experience in media or public relations.
• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, with ability to draft official documents in both languages.
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan’s Constitution, Civil Code, Labor Code, Administrative Procedural Code, and relevant laws on education, joint‑stock companies, language, mass media, and advertising.
