Senior Product Manager (Trust & Safety)

About the role

Higgsfield AI is scaling rapidly as a leading generative AI company and needs a senior product manager to own its Trust & Safety product surface. The role focuses on turning ambiguous legal, policy, and financial‑abuse inputs into shipped systems that protect users and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Trust & Safety product surface end‑to‑end, including classifiers, appeals, user warnings, moderator tooling, and enforcement flows.
• Lead anti‑fraud initiatives such as multi‑account farms, free‑trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, and prompt‑injection cost exploits.
• Translate legal, policy, and financial‑risk requirements into concrete product specifications for ML and engineering teams.
• Set thresholds and enforcement policies in partnership with Applied ML, balancing blocking, warnings, appeals, and associated dollar and reputational trade‑offs.
• Run incident response loops for production breaks, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, and new abuse vectors, delivering fixes quickly.

Required profile

• Founding or early‑operator experience with a track record of shipping Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale.
• Comfort working with legal, policy, and financial‑risk ambiguity, having collaborated with counsel, payments providers, or regulators.
• Strong technical judgment to reason about classifier and fraud‑detection trade‑offs without needing extensive engineering translation.
• Ability to make decisions based on dollar impact and risk exposure rather than opinion.
