Product Manager – Near Patient Care Solutions

About the role

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth of its Near Patient Care solutions in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Based in Almaty, you will join a healthcare innovation team focused on expanding the product portfolio and delivering strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term (annual) and medium‑term business and marketing plans for assigned products.
• Grow the product portfolio by delivering on the marketing plan and collaborating cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and communicate up‑to‑date market and product knowledge.
• Organise training programmes for the commercial team on product features, marketing strategies and competitive landscape.
• Plan and execute product‑related marketing events such as congresses and conferences in partnership with relevant parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biology, chemistry or a related field.
• 1–2 years of product management experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Budget management and product launch experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation abilities.
• Upper‑intermediate English and fluent Russian.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time.
