About the role

The club is looking for a Media Officer to support its professional women’s football team. You will create and publish visual and written content that showcases matches, training sessions, and related events across social media and the club’s website.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of home matches, away games, training sessions, and special events.
• Process and publish content quickly on Instagram and TikTok, including photo galleries, stories, short vertical videos (Reels/TikTok).
• Edit pre‑designed graphic templates in Adobe Photoshop for announcements, match results, line‑ups, etc.
• Maintain and update the women’s team section of the official club website (news, player profiles, other relevant information).
• Coordinate with coaches, players, administrators, and internal departments (marketing, press office) to ensure timely and accurate publications.
• Organise and archive photo/video files, ensuring proper storage and preservation of original material.

Required profile

• Experience with content creation for social media, photography, and videography (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of football rules and terminology to present accurate information.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle stress in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Photography and videography (shooting and basic editing).
• Video editing for short vertical formats.
• Adobe Photoshop for template editing.
• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok publishing tools.
• Website content management (updating news, player profiles, etc.).
