Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will support Abbott's distributors in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication. This role contributes to the company's mission of delivering high‑quality medicines across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Process distributors' orders and manage order placement, payments, and reporting.
• Negotiate terms with distributors and monitor stock levels at distributor sites.
• Analyse production data, plan forecasts, and support inventory management.
• Prepare compensation calculations for distributors and obtain pre‑approvals for system uploads.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities with existing and potential partners.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a customer service specialist.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Efficient computer skills, particularly advanced Excel.
