Retail Vertical Customer Success Executive

About the role

Act as the face of NIQ and its digital solutions, driving customer ROI, value creation, and business growth through strategic insights and analytics. Build strong partnerships with retail and FMCG clients, support onboarding, and deliver impactful recommendations using NIQ tools and data.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner within Customer Success, leading regular Business Reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.
• Educate customers on relevant features and functionalities tailored to their business needs, delivering insightful presentations and actionable recommendations.
• Help improve renewal rates by demonstrating clear business outcomes and value, and identify and convert growth opportunities, including generating sales leads.
• Coordinate internal departments to meet client deadlines, collect feedback for product and operations teams, and collaborate with other business units to identify strategic opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as insights, category management, or market research.
• Prior experience with NIQ (or similar) analytics solutions and strong analytical, numerical, and data‑visualisation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to develop presentation skills.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in Russian and English, bachelor’s degree required.
