Business Line Manager – Parts & Services (Central Asia)

About the role

Epiroc is seeking a Business Line Manager for its Parts & Services Division (PSD) to lead growth and profitability across Central Asia. Based in Astana or Almaty, you will shape the aftermarket strategy for mining and infrastructure customers in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a PSD strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive revenue, market share, and EBIT growth while managing working capital.
• Identify and commercialise new aftermarket opportunities, including digital solutions, automation, rebuilds, service agreements and training.
• Build executive‑level relationships with key mining customers and promote long‑term partnerships.
• Lead PSD operations – parts sales, technical support, service delivery, reliability and training.
• Monitor market trends, competition and customer needs, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership experience in aftermarket or services within the mining or infrastructure sector.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a track record of building strategic partnerships.
• Ability to manage a high‑performing, multi‑country team and drive operational excellence.
• Experience in digital transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
