B2C Retention Manager

About the role

We are seeking a B2C Retention Manager to own end‑to‑end customer communications, shaping strategy and executing email, push and in‑app campaigns. You will work closely with analytics, creative and product teams to deliver data‑driven, engaging messages that boost lifetime value and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy across CRM channels, designing, testing and adopting best practices for email, push and in‑app messaging.
• Create and execute advanced CVM strategies to grow LTV and increase user retention.
• Design and launch trigger‑based and bulk campaigns, conducting A/B tests on all hypotheses.
• Analyze campaign performance daily, track key metrics, generate actionable insights and adjust tactics for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with data analysts to set analytical tasks, generate hypotheses, analyze user behavior and optimise promotional budgets.
• Partner with design, copywriting, product, development and analytics teams to deliver creative marketing communications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2C CRM/CVM marketing with proven channel ownership.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data‑driven decision making, hypothesis testing and A/B experimentation.
• Hands‑on experience with trigger‑based communications, user retention and win‑back strategies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets for promotional activities and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
