Campaign Operations Manager – TikTok LIVE (Kazakhstan)

About the role

The LIVE Operations team at TikTok is focused on TikTok LIVE, covering content strategy, monetization, gifting, and data analysis. The Campaign Operations Manager will develop new creator agencies and business partnerships, driving high‑quality live streaming events and regional revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and operate live streaming events, including creative content planning, program implementation, cross‑department coordination, and revenue improvement.
• Launch marketing activities tied to industry and festival trends, manage project planning, partner cooperation, resource allocation, and create influential event IPs.
• Collaborate with media and integrate platform resources to plan LIVE broadcast programs, enhancing TikTok LIVE’s visibility, influence, and brand image.
• Manage goals, KPIs, and conduct data analysis to inform decisions.
• Plan and execute additional related measures to support TikTok LIVE growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in content, campaign, marketing, or partnerships roles.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, able to use data analysis to justify business decisions.
• Experience in the tech or media industry is advantageous.
• Connections with modeling, media, TV, celebrities, or live‑streaming applications are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in an international and diverse environment.
