Visual Merchandiser – Mega Silk Way Mall

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser you will shape an inspiring and consistent shopping experience, applying visual standards that drive commercial success. You will work closely with store managers and the regional team to ensure the brand is presented positively to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Implement visual, commercial and stylistic concepts in line with store guidelines and event calendar to enhance the shopper journey and boost sales.
• Analyze sales data, maintain optimal stock levels, monitor product condition and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities together with Store Managers.
• Leverage knowledge of trends and competitors to train and develop the store team, helping them deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Support store expansion projects within the Sales Market.

Required profile

• Experience in visual merchandising and commercial environments, preferably in a fast‑moving retail setting.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to make decisions based on sales and commercial reports.
• Passion for fashion and a drive to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Creative, curious, proactive and able to inspire store teams toward shared goals.
• Good communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
