About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead technical procurement activities for investment and production projects. The role involves managing the full procurement lifecycle for equipment, materials and services, with a strong focus on international sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Organize procurement of equipment, technical materials and services.
• Develop category‑based procurement strategies.
• Conduct tenders, negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
• Identify and develop a network of domestic and overseas suppliers.
• Manage relationships with suppliers from China, India, Europe and other regions.
• Participate in construction, modernization and expansion projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams.
• Control budgets, delivery schedules and contract performance.
• Work with technical specifications and drawings.
• Oversee logistics, installation, service and spare‑parts supply.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical, engineering or economic field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, industrial or engineering companies.
• Proven experience in CAPEX procurement and equipment sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience with international procurement and contract management.
• Involvement in construction, modernization or commissioning of production facilities.
• English language proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
• Knowledge of SAP or SAP Ariba is a plus.
