System Analyst (Payment Gate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our Payment Gate team. You will help improve the quality and speed of new feature delivery within our high‑volume payment processing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows.
• Design and configure solutions on the Payment Gate platform to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations.
• Identify improvements and optimise workflows within the payment hub.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specs, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support resolution of system‑related problems.
• Work closely with developers to support solution deployment and conduct user training.
• Ensure system stability and performance by monitoring issues and recommending solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Payment Gate and enterprise applications such as core‑banking, CRM, and third‑party APIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations (ERP, CRM, third‑party APIs).
• Proficiency in BPMN notation for process modelling.
• Excellent documentation skills covering specifications, data models, and integration plans.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
