• Assist guests with luggage handling.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the lobby and surrounding areas.
• Ensure safety and security of entrance zones.

Required profile

• Polite, friendly and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Neat personal appearance.
• Responsible and diligent work ethic.
• Conversational level of English.
• Previous hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
