Supervisor (Civil Works)

About the role

The Supervisor (Civil Works) will oversee the maintenance and operation of civil infrastructure at Almaty International Airport, ensuring reliability, safety and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CMMS/EAM system, including asset data, work orders and preventive maintenance plans.
• Develop and maintain asset hierarchies and registers for civil infrastructure.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities through the CMMS/EAM system.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and standardisation across the system.
• Generate and analyse maintenance KPIs and reports, covering work order status, asset performance and downtime.
• Support integration of the CMMS/EAM system with ERP, SAP, GIS and other relevant platforms.
• Provide user training and technical support to maintenance and engineering teams.
• Monitor and optimise maintenance workflows, resource utilisation and system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with asset‑management standards, internal procedures and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of maintenance processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervision of building/facility maintenance.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction or airport projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Knowledge of SAP integration.
• Familiarity with GIS applications.
