Strategic Revenue Manager

About the role

Emerging Travel Group seeks a Strategic Revenue Manager to act as a key connector between commercial, finance, and operational teams. You will analyze revenue and profitability performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure sustainable margin improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the plan‑fact review cycle across regions, identify revenue and margin deviations, and conduct root‑cause diagnostics.
• Collaborate with Cluster Managers and Regional Directors to build corrective action plans and drive execution until measurable outcomes are achieved.
• Monitor cost of sales drivers, build profitability reporting frameworks, and lead initiatives to improve margin and operational efficiency.
• Establish scalable governance processes for revenue and margin management and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English with 3–6+ years of experience combining commercial exposure, analytical rigor, and operational ownership.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Performance, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting with P&L exposure.
• Proven ability to influence senior commercial stakeholders without formal authority.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Comfort working with BI tools and data teams.
