Social Media & Paid Social Specialist

About the role

ASBIS is seeking a Social Media & Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimise social media activities and paid advertising campaigns for multiple consumer technology and gaming brands. You will work closely with marketing, content and design teams to support brand growth and product launches across Meta and TikTok platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across Meta platforms and TikTok.
• Launch and optimise paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Manage audiences, budgets and campaign performance, including A/B testing.
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and launches.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns for consumer brands, retail or e‑commerce (a plus).
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• English and Russian language level B2+.
