Senior Portfolio & Activation Manager

About the role

As a Senior Portfolio & Activation Manager you will shape the Bars category strategy across Central Eurasia, driving growth through innovative portfolio initiatives and integrated media programs. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align brand, pricing, and activation plans with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of the Bars strategy for Central Eurasia.
• Design and manage the portfolio innovation pipeline in sync with the S&OP cycle.
• Define and recommend pricing strategies in partnership with the revenue team.
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer analysis to inform strategy.
• Translate the Brand Toolkit into consistent, engaging activations.
• Co‑lead media strategy, ensuring an effective mix of paid, earned, shared and owned channels.
• Develop local amplification plans based on audience insights.
• Control media budget and evaluate ROI of all activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or Marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Russian and English.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG brand marketing experience.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable narratives.
• Proven experience in portfolio management.

Required skills

• Expert user of MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with continuous data platforms such as Nielsen, GFK and Ipsos.
