Senior Order Execution Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Order Execution Specialist to manage end‑to‑end spare‑parts order execution for mining aftermarket customers. The role ensures timely delivery, process compliance and high customer satisfaction while coordinating cross‑functional teams across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the order handling process for standard spare parts from purchase order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Validate customer orders against proposals and ensure all required information is available for order entry.
• Accurately enter orders in ERP/CRM systems and track progress through fulfillment.
• Monitor lead times, material availability and production schedules to achieve on‑time delivery (SIFOT/DIFOT).
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of each order.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules and any delays.
• Handle changes, cancellations and urgent order escalations efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain revenue, order intake, backlog and delivery performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with Russian‑speaking customers and stakeholders, leveraging language proficiency to support business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related discipline; Russian language proficiency required.
• 5+ years of experience in order execution, order management, supply chain or logistics within industrial, manufacturing, mining or aftermarket service environments.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end order fulfillment and coordinating cross‑functional teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
• Strong knowledge of order management, supply‑chain and customer‑service processes.
• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
