Senior Finance Business Partner – FP&A

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to strengthen the FP&A function of an international FMCG organization in Almaty. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, providing financial insight that drives strategic decisions and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning across the business.
• Prepare management reports and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Drive monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring data accuracy and high‑quality analysis.
• Evaluate new initiatives and investments (CAPEX/OPEX) to guide resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process automation and reporting improvements, especially within SAP.
• Partner with various departments to align budgets and promote best financial practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
