Senior Field Development Specialist

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Field Development Specialist to expand access to innovative healthcare solutions across a designated territory. You will build strong customer relationships, influence commercial strategy, and contribute to improved patient outcomes through the promotion of industry‑leading medical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Execute territory and account plans to increase market penetration and achieve assigned sales objectives.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to improve commercial performance, customer engagement, and inventory management.
• Provide product training, education, and technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and recommend commercial actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, manage complex accounts, and achieve commercial objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English.
