SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager to lead our global SAP Logistics operations. In this role you will combine deep technical knowledge with strong leadership to drive strategic initiatives, deliver projects on time, and nurture client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a worldwide team of SAP professionals, overseeing recruitment, performance, and career development.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including staffing, evaluations, compensation, and growth planning.
• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance SAP Logistics capabilities and support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design proposals, create statements of work, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain direct communication with customers to guarantee high‑quality delivery, team performance, and adherence to schedules.
• Stay current with SAP Logistics best practices and ensure their implementation across all operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP Engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role, managing teams of five or more.
• Experience in at least two full‑cycle SAP implementations or launching a core product to market.
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with global stakeholders.
